PB2
Welcome to the Order James D!! I see this topic applying to 3 distinct groups: Group A: People who drink beer made in Canada Group B: People who were born in Canada and drink beer Group C: People who have made beer using our Canadian Blonde Beer Kit then consumed it. I fit into groups A and C :-)
rossm
I am about to fit into category C:, I put the first bottle of Coopers C B into the beer fridge today ready for a test tonight, it is the first time I have made it, I substituted the Brew enhancer 1 for 500g LDM, I will see how that goes, I may need to try one with the BE1 if it is not up to scratch. PB2
When aiming for a mid-strength beer, 500g of LDME will go okay with any of our beer kits.
rossm
G'day Paul,Yep from my experience it sure does, Canadian Blonde is no exception! It's only three weeks in the bottle but it is very drinkable,as you are aware, I like the heavier beers like English Bitter, but that doesn't mean I don't like the lighter ones, I will make this again I think. John
Talk about highjacking the poor Canadian's Thread... Maybe we should leave them to their Canadian discussion so they can talk about getting their kit off.(or whatever else Canadians talk about on their own threads) This from a kiwi ;)

Beerlust
He was obviously an incredible brewer with a wealth of knowledge, who didn't like discussing it with anybody. [lol] I see he posted twice. What was his other post? Maybe it was titled, "The meaning of irrelevance". [lol] [biggrin] Anthony.
