Last night I experienced something interesting. After I had been blabbing on in this forum about the Grolsch bottles and the rubber seals lasting for a decade. Knock me down with a feather ..... I opened a Regency Red Ale I had done in the middle of last year and there was no typical fizz or pop, however the beer poured well, with a nice head- my wife picked up the glass and said it was the best she had tasted. I tried it as well. Luscious, rich and malty. I looked at the seal - was fragile and mouldy. Didn't stop us drinking it though Anyone know a good source for the rubber seals in Sydney? Thanks Yabby They are easy to get in Adelaide, I know that, try online you will find them.
