Narfin Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 I know that this has probably already been covered but can someone please give me a quick breakdown of the ingredients for the Brew Enhancer 2. I thought it was 500g Light Malt and 250g Dextrose but some google pages are saying that it also has maltodextrin... Cheers, Narfin.[cool]

Narfin Posted September 26, 2012 Author Posted September 26, 2012 Cheers guys - I just thought there was a bit more LDM in the mix. Next time I bput down a Pale Ale I think I will just a 500g LDM and 250-300g dextrose instead of using the Brew Enhancer 2...

I wouldn't have given a different ratio as this is what I have always known and is the correct ratio. I may have expressed it in percentages instead maybe? i.e. BE2 = 50% Dex + 25% Maltodextrin + 25% LDM
