Matty A
i used cascade for my first esva and it turned out a treat. Maybe the amarillo would go pretty good but not being a hop man I couldn't give you a definitive answer. Maybe try one and see how it goes. Muddy Waters
I used cascade in mine and it turned out great (It took about 6 months for it to start tasting good - but that was expected). I reckon motueka or amarillo would do the job.
NewtownClown
Any of them would be fine. Personally, I would like to try it with the Motueka. I am sure you will do this recipe again, try the Nelson Sauvin next time. Blew a keg of ESVA last night. Hopped with EK Goldings and allowed to sit in the keg for a month... weggl
Muddy, how much Cascade did you use, dry, boiled? Warren
Muddy Waters
As per recipe but used cascade instead of nelson sauvin...30g and dry hopped I believe [unsure] Just do what PB2 describes in the recipe and substitute in the hops you want to use.
