In fact, you pretty much have to. Otherwise you will not extract the head retention properties that Carapils gives. It will not turn into porridge in the way that oats do. The cracked grain pieces tend to g=hold their shape and not puff up like oats. It will look a bit like porridge though. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
