Weizen (article in German)

Found this very informative article (in German) about history and brewing Weizen. Most interesting for me was which yeast to use to achieve the desired banana and cloves flavors. My favorite would be the Danstar Munich Classic

That's a great article BF, fortunately there is a translation tab to convert it to English - a lot of valuable grain & hop information.
