Tone boy Posted April 29, 2022 Share Posted April 29, 2022 Hey team, Been thinking about putting together a partial mash ESB type English Bitter. These beers usually have a bit of crystal and sometimes some black malt too. So to make life easier I was thinking of using the Coopers liquid amber malt as a base if it already contains crystal in it… Does anyone know if the amber malt extract has any crystal in it?
