It looks like my neighbour across the road is doing a few renovations  the view form my office window.

House will be gone in 1-2 days but the build will take 12 months plus.

I know the owner & he told me it's getting knocked down tomorrow, he was renting it but he is a builder & is going to put a 2-storey mansion to live there on the block so I reckon he will push it along a bit. There a lot of expensive blocks/houses in this area & that is a big corner block.

It is not as bad as I would have thought, I watched them take out the steel fence posts concrete & all & knock over the carport, this place is double brick, can't really hear that much.

I reckon it will be all over in 2 hours.

Well I think my neighbour has taken his reno a bit too far maybe ? 

This will the view from my office window for a while.

Back in April I posted the neighbour across the road was knocking down his old house & was building a new one, things are moving on in between bad weather.

It will be a better view through my front window than looking at a building site.
