3kg  dextrose 

2kg puree raspberry's

Us-05

are going to add fruit after day 3

just wondering has anyone done a brew like this cheers

there was a bloke who lived in Saudi Arabia doing lots of different seltzer Satumus? can't think name maby someone else knows haven't seen him post in a while. Maby he lost his head for breaking the alcohol law

i have done lots of fruit beers with a heap grain lactose oats additions all sorts i was just wondering should i add a little bitterness from hops ,lets say something like magnum as it is a neutral clean bitterness. At around say 8 t0 14 IBU'S . Or  just the dryness will be enough  mmmmmmm  not doing to next week end so .I will keep a  eye on comments

thats what i was thinking  might do a couple of litres with about 8 IBU's   the rest without just to compare
