Not beer

i have done lots of fruit beers with a heap grain lactose oats additions all sorts i was just wondering should i add a little bitterness from hops ,lets say something like magnum as it is a neutral clean bitterness. At around say 8 t0 14 IBU'S . Or  just the dryness will be enough  mmmmmmm  not doing to next week end so .I will keep a  eye on comments
