cooling my brew

I guess that the best advice I can give you is to get a fermentation fridge + inkbird. Stable fermentation temperatures are critical and very hard to achieve without a dedicated fermentation fridge. Adding an inkbird, or some other controller, will make controlling the required temperatures easy.

my brew is getting to warm any advice

Even try some kind of swamp cooler.  Plastic tub big enough to put your fermenter in.  Add water to a few centimetres depth.  Wet a towel and drape it over the fermenter with the ends in the water.  Point a fan at it too, the evaporating water will help cool it a bit.

If it is deep enough, you could add more water to the tub.  Grab some empty coke bottles, 3/4's filled with water and freeze.  Add these to the tub.  Switch out with another set of bottles to maintain a cooler temperature.  You could do this in a laundry trough too.
