kmar92
I guess that the best advice I can give you is to get a fermentation fridge + inkbird. Stable fermentation temperatures are critical and very hard to achieve without a dedicated fermentation fridge. Adding an inkbird, or some other controller, will make controlling the required temperatures easy.

Plastic tub big enough to put your fermenter in. Add water to a few centimetres depth. Wet a towel and drape it over the fermenter with the ends in the water. Point a fan at it too, the evaporating water will help cool it a bit. If it is deep enough, you could add more water to the tub. Grab some empty coke bottles, 3/4's filled with water and freeze. Add these to the tub. Switch out with another set of bottles to maintain a cooler temperature. You could do this in a laundry trough too.
