Is paint pens on PET bottles dangerous to my beer?

Hey all.

 

Ive had a search around and many people have discussed labels on bottles, but i have a weird side question.

 

Is using paint pens (like Posca etc) directly on the side of the bottle bad for the beer?

The pen i have is confirmed as water based,  has no solvents and no odours.

The pen is permanent on porous surfaces, and non perm on glass. 

 

I realise its a long shot, but is there any chance of the paint or by products of the paint going into the beer?

 

Im not drawing / painting a Rembrant on the bottle, just a name of the person getting the bottle(s) and the type of beer it is..

I'm sure it'll be fine. It isn't going to leach into the beer if that's what you're worried about.
