2 week grain to glass?

I pitched US-05 into a 1.051 pale ale on Sunday. I have some mates coming to town next weekend and was hoping to have it on tap by then. 

Is this a reasonable amount of time? Or should I let it condition longer before drinking?

I believe it would be a reasonable time I have drank some pale ales after a few days in the bottle obviously you have a keg setup. Clarity may not be the best. The fresher the better with pale ales if you ask me good luck and enjoy.

You should be able to get it done in that time. Just quick carb the keg once it's filled and in the fridge. I usually do mine overnight. Tried the rocking method but I found it too easy to overcarb it.

I was thinking 30psi for a day then back to serving pressure. Does that sound right?

I usually use 45 for 20-22 hours then turn the gas off and let it sit for another few hours, then back on serving pressure. But it depends how carbonated you want it. That there gives me pretty good carbonation without being over the top, obviously serving pressure keeps it there.
