Otto Von Blotto
Saflager yeast is good. I used it in my Munich Helles lager and it turned out great. Got a second generation of it from that batch in a starter at the moment preparing to pitch on Sunday into a second batch of practically the same recipe. Otto Von Blotto
I used Saflager W34/70 in mine. Which one are you thinking of using?

But if you can't get that then S-23 should be fine. I used S-189 in a similar brew and it turned out very nice.
Wal
I have just knocked the top off a Czech Pils right now, it is made as per the recipe, except for the yeast, I used the Mangrove Jack's craft series Bohemian Yeast. I am just trying one to make sure it has carbonated OK after 3 weeks in the bottle. It tastes quite OK for a lager so I will put it in a fridge to lager for a while and see how it goes. The plan is keep it for Bathurst, but we will see how that goes.....!!!!
