Will be used in an English bitter (EB can, 1kg ldm, 200g medium crystal grain, combo of bramling cross and EKG). I read carapils doesn't add flavour, just improves body and head retention, so assume I'm right to keep the 200g med crystal as well? Anyone care to share their carapils experience/knowledge? sic_vl Posted March 14, 2013 Share Posted March 14, 2013 I agree with Hairy on this one. 200 of crystal should be enough to improve head and body. If you want to add some carapils maybe add 100gm.
