Anyway i have convinced the LHBS to let me use his fridge so i can have a crack at an All malt Lager/Pilsner I have ordered 1.5 KG Liquid Pilsen Malt .5 kg Japanese Blonde Malt 3 KG LDM Saflager S23 yeast i also have Saaz[love] , Hershbrucker, PoR hops available but i was wondering on a hop Schedule to brew this beer (Which i would like to be somewhere around a little creatures Pilsner[love] [love]27 IBU 8 EBC 4.6% ABV) Any thoughts?? Czech Saaz Plug 2.8 20 min. (2.0) 30g. Saaz B Whole 8.2 10 min. (3.7) 28g. Czech Saaz Plug 2.8 5 min. (1.0) 45g. Saaz B Whole 8.2 0 min.
