Guest Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 I think Lavender may be alright. Maybe even a vanilla lavender beer?.... I would only have it so a hint of lavender come through. Too much might be sickly. Maybe do a french press with lavender could be the way to go. That's one thing good about home brewers, you can do what you want. Guest Posted December 4, 2011 Share Posted December 4, 2011 If I was to do it, that's what I would do. At least then if it isn't very good it's not a huge waste. Maybe some floral type hops with it may go well also. Something like Cascade or Citra but up to you mate. I'm interested to see how it goes.
