Lettuce
Hi there, I'm a bit of a novice brewer with 11 brews under my belt. Now I've only heard good things about nelson sauvin hops and am keen to give em a go. Is there a particular style of beer that they compliment and at what stage should I add them? Thanks in advance
PB2
I find the easiest way to add hops is the dry hop method. All I do is wrap the hops in a chux (pulled straight out of the wrapper) and drop them on top of the brew. Once fermentation has finished, the hops + chux may be tossed in the green waste. Hairy
You could try a Fat Yak clone with Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops. There are a few different recipes for this floating around on various threads on this forum.
