BenS
Hi all, I put a Green Neck Lager together as my first brew about 4 weeks ago.. Its been held at or slightly below 15 degrees for that time and has been giving me S.G readings of 1.011 for the last week. There is still activity through the airlock, so I'm wondering, is it done? I thought it should get closer to 1.006. thanks Ben
Luke
It's done mate. 4 weeks in the fermenter, the gravity won't go lower. Should be nice & clear. Bottle it!

GeorgeB
I have a can of Coopers European Lager that I recenly picked up. I've done this one before, with BE2. I'm interested in the "Green Neck Lager" recipe over on the How to Brew page. has anyone tried it? Thanks.
