Muddy Waters
Honestly for this type of beer any of the hops you mentioned would work....IMO [biggrin]
TonyW
Personally i would do either a 50/50 of the Cascade and the Galaxy or maybe i would even try 10g each including the Fuggles. Yah never know if you dont have a go [roll]
SteveL
Have done this with all cascade and then all motueka (50g)...and the motueka, now it's 8 months old, is the hands-down winner cheers
*****
OK I've joined the club, put mine down tonight, a late night I just finished. Added 250g of Dark Crystal steeped and sparged at 67'C. OG went 1.062 but unfortunately had to pitch the yeast (both kits) at 28'C due to the large sparge volume that I brought to the boil. Will need some ice on hand next time. Chiro
Have done this with all cascade and then all motueka (50g)...and the motueka, now it's 8 months old, is the hands-down winner cheers Have you tried it with the NS? This is my favourite brew as per PB2's recipe. I have some Motueka left after making the motueka slam IPA. Might make another vintage and use some Motueka instead of NS. IMO I think it will be hard to top recipe with NS in it. We'll see.
