Have a look in the latest newsletter and you'll see an "average joe" hugging a fermenter. That's me! Actually I found that temperature control article really handy. I ended up using the method where you wick cold water from the basin in the lid and blow a fan onto the fermenter... lowered temp by about 3-4 degrees..
