Guest
Hahaha CraigTube he cracks me up! [lol] I've watched quite a few of his videos actually. He is a real trooper. He'll have a crack at anything. I see he's even made some whiskey now! [lol] So funny about him getting P@#%ed off about his probe thermometers not working. Him thinking they were faulty & turfing two in the garbage before he realised they don't cope well in steamy conditions. ROFLMAO! [lol] [sideways] [tongue] [lol] Good find Wayne! [biggrin] Beer. Jimmy
I'm a regular viewer, too. I like his humble everyman approach to things. In fact, he's pretty much solely responsible for me getting into brewing. I had been thinking about it for a long time, and stumbling accross his Coopers Micro-Brew Kit videos sealed the deal. Also, his examples are pretty much responsible for me gradually stepping up my game, first by adding hops to my brews and then by steeping or mashing grains.
