AnthonyM22
ok this is my first post and i am not sure if this is in the right thread but anyway ... a few weeks ago i got a Beer Machine from target as i thort well its seems easy and takes up less space came home set it up by the book and put in my first brew "canadian Red Lager" so it was ready today i put in a few squirts of co2 as this is how the beer machine carbonates ... the beer was quite plesant apart from the fact that it does not retain carbonation and tastes a little flat but otherwise a good beer so my question is how do i get it to retain carbonation??? MarkJ3
It's easy throw the beer machine away [bandit] [bandit] get a Coopers Kit and bottle into pets or go for a keg and all will be well[innocent] [innocent] [biggrin] [biggrin] [biggrin] [cool] [cool]
PB2
Several people, who have contacted our customer service regarding this device, elected to buy a DIY BEER kit, use the DIY BEER fermenting vessel for primary fermentation then drop the brew into PETs and the Beer Machine for secondary fermentation and serving. Guest
Yep... buy a fermenter and a keg and get a fridge for nicks and it is just as cheap and you get better equipment to use in your brewery with an option to expand later if you want. imo, the beer machines are only a gimmick and waste of money.
