I have a couple of cans of each of the long play IPA.
I want to make a NEIPA with a batch of 23L.

I need help with a recipe and the additional ingredients and quantities to get me there would be greatly appreciated. 

5 % to 6.5% is what I am after.
The preference is to make a 23L batch no matter what.

I would use the 2 tins, they are 1.3kg each so that gives you 2.6kg of fermentables without adding any extra malt, however I would think somewhere between 500-1kg of extra malt would get your target ABV.

Hey Nobbyhall, Welcome to the forum.  My suggested recipe is:

• 2 x Long Play IPA
• 1.5kg can Coopers Liquid Wheat Malt OR 1kg Wheat Dry Malt
• Hot steep of 300g of Golden Naked Oats
• Dry hop with a 100g combo of Galaxy, Citra, Cascade, Centennial

The Liquid Malt version will get you 23 litres of around 5.8% ABV.  The Dry Malt version will be closer to 5.3%

You could also try a kg of Kegland's Dry Oat Extract instead of the Wheat options.
