aussiewasp
Hi, Started a batch of 2023 Vintage Ale (coopers). I used the yeast satchel (supplied). This morning, 15hrs later I am seeing no activity. Increase temp? Add another batch of yeast (7g)? Wait? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sometimes a brew takes a while to show clear signs of fermentation. You might see early signs, like condensation on the inside of the fermenter lid before you see any Krausen. If your temperature is stable around 18-20°C, that should be fine. No need to increase it. I would throw another packet of yeast into this brew. 22 litres of high OG wort would benefit from more than 7g of yeast.
Kegory
15 hours isn't much. All of my brews have taken a lot longer than that to form a krausen. As @Shamus O'Sean suggests, I'd definitely be throwing more yeast at it. I'm no expert but I've been reading about yeast pitching rates and 7g doesn't sound like it will be enough. Here is a good article on yeast pitch rates.

I also threw in another 7g or yeast.

aussiewasp
Final update, I discovered the real problem yesterday. I use a stainless steel fermentor and the tube in the lid that holds the temperature probe had unscrewed itself slightly. Therefore it was an air leak.
