BakersAle
Hey Girls and Guys, I am wanting to get away from using BE1 and BE2. I have experimented using hops in my brew and im enjoying the result. Question i want to ask is what is a good easy brew to make using tins of malt? Just to get me started to go from there. Cheers look forward to all the feed back
Muddy Waters
Do you mean unhopped malt cans Allan? If so I highly recommend Neill's Centenarillo Ale as a very nice (and easy) extract recipe.

Muddy Waters
Another easy but delicious recipe is the Full Nelson Ale. This recipe lists dry malt but you can use 2 x Light Malt Extract tins in it's place [cool]
