Wrong brewer's enhancer

Currently making larger, but i used brewer's enhancer 2 by accident. how will this affect my beer?

 

Also, i realised that the temperature was correct for ale not larger, again, i realised this a bit late. How will it affect my beer?

Hrrrmmm you obviously mean a Lager (not Larger) [innocent]

 

If it is the one that comes with the kit.... then this should be fermenting at ale temps as it is an ale yeast that comes with it. Best temp for this is 18C-20C.

 

BE2 I would personally recommend rather than BE1 so IMO you will have a better brew when finished.

 

BE1 consists of: 600g dextrose and 400g maltodextrin (60:40)

BE2 consists of: 500g dextrose, 250g Light Dry malt and 250g maltodextrin. (50:25:25)

 

Just make sure you brew the kit at ale temps and you should be fine. The instructions even say between 21C & 27C but is definitely better between 18C-20C as I previously mentioned.

How come Sam gets off almost scott free with "Larger", you buggers kicked me all over the joint for the same thing, I had to have counselling to get over the trauma. I had to grink 2 bottles of the stuff to calm myself down.[crying]
