JackM6
Question for the brew Godz....Is there a point when the Coopers Vintage Ale becomes too old and past maturation? I found several cases from 2009. They appear to be ok and I drank two bottles to cure my curiosity except that I need an answer to the question...is there a point when the Coopers Vintage Ale is too old? PB2
How long it will last or the optimum age for drinking Coopers Vintage Ale is a subjective thing. It will last the longest if kept in a fridge while cellar conditions will help to age it gracefully. The best way to know when it is right for your own tastes is to sample a bottle on a regular basis - say, once a month [biggrin]
Hairy
You should be promoting weekly tastings to boost sales [innocent] Plus it is a damn fine beer that deserves regular tasting [love]
