weggl
Had a Fruit Salad Ale last night it is now 5 months old, what a difference 2 months make. I have not had one for the last 2 months; it was good then but now A1. Warren
Hairy
I have to agree with you Warren. I have just finished off my last few bottles of my Fruit Salad Ale after giving it a rest for a couple of months. It is still a good beer whilst young but was sensational after 5-6 months[love] It was sad moment when I finished the last bottle[crying] At least now I have an excuse to make it again. Muddy Waters
It is very easy to make Jarrod the recipe is around here somewhere if you do a search. Otherwise I'll dig it out. Here it is mate (post 3): FRUIT SALAD PALE ALE
Hairy
Here is a link to a thread with the recipe. Fruit Salad Ale I added 200g of Pale Crystal Malt to mine. The only reason I did that was I wanted to use grains for the first time. The result was very good though. I also used US-05 instead of recultured yeast.
