hops  Citra 5gm 60 min

Citra 5gm and galaxy 5gm at flame out

and dry hoped at in fermenter  at day 3, 20gm Citra and 20 gm galaxy

bitterness is good ,aroma is lovely, flavor so so ,

wanting to add some El Dorado hops AA 13.9% to the mix to try to improve flavor

How much and when, will keep every thing the same with other hops or hope to,

To get some good flavour from the El Dorado (or most hops for that matter) maybe try 10 grams but after the wort has cooled to just under 80°C

If you want flavour use larger additions late or after the boil and it will do it for you.  Up those 5g amounts to at least 1.5g/litre.    but you need to realise that the AA% of the hop will impact bitterness. I suggest using a software program like BrewFather, which you can get a free version of.  It will help with recipe your making.
