Lynchy17
Hello all, I am using my pressure fermentor for the first time and still waiting for a part to arrive that allows me to dry hop oxygen free. I wonder if the technique I used today will be okay. - beer has been in fermzilla all rounder for 10 days - dry hopped today (3days prior to kegging) 1 - I purged Co2 out of fermzilla 2 - opened fermzilla and added hops 3 - closed the lid and added pressure back to 12psi with Co2 purging oxygen out as I go 4 - reset spundling valve to 12psi Will this be okay or am I in for a nasty tasting beer? Home brewers have been brewing for many years without hop bongs, and ballsing things up. 1

I’m waiting for that hop bong from Kegland. I bought it as the complete package but they are currently out of stock.

I have put an order in over the phone with Kegland. I haven’t paid yet but I will once it comes in. They told me it is everything I need, so hopefully they are true to their word.
