ACCOUNT PROBLEMS

I was locked out of my A/C for most of yesterday, as I am moving I decided to shift one of the computers into the Dining Room to clear the office a little & of course set it up & logged onto the Forum - No such luck   every time I entered my password it said it was wrong, I tries changing it several times & it still didn't work, then of course I get locked out for 15 minutes each time. Very frustrating, I eventually gave up but then I discovered I could still see posts & even reply to them on my phone ??  

I understand security however but I feel something is amiss as there wouldn't be any way of knowing what device was used to log on with !

Anyway, I am back, it finally worked with a change of password.

Actually it would. The browser passes along some info, so the websites can deliver a mobile version if that's what you are on. I'd be more puzzled as to how the move could have altered things.

Yes I did but it made no difference, I am back in now thanks to one of the Coopers Team unlocking me.
