How many of you listen to 'Macca" on Sunday mornings ? I have been as far back I can remember, his early morning radio show (AUSTRALIA ALL OVER ) on the ABC has been going for 35 years.

Over the years I have met many who listen or at least heard of him. It's a must when you are mucking about in the brew room, out fishing sitting around outside having breakfast or a brew.

I would be interested to know how many listeners we have.

Hi Hairy,

I get what you mean, but being all about Australia & looking out for the little guy it has a certain amount of appeal when you are travelling all over Australia & calling on small country towns.

I actually met him once in Longreach & bumped into him in some other rural town as he holds of concert type gigs.

Anyway I must be showing my age.

 But I’m a country lad originally so it always reminds me of home.

I know what you mean, I was born in the Riverland SA last century. Been in Adelaide for yonks though.
