BS.VB
Got given a coopers brew A ipa can and brew enhancer 2. Thinking of having a little experiment and doing a raspberry ipa. Wondering about ipa fermenting temp and type of yeast i should use. I want to try and get a nice strong raspberry flavour. Cheers

Cheers For my IPAs I always use US-05 and ferment it at 18 degrees and almost at the end of fermentation I’ll bump it up to 21 degrees. I can’t help you with the fruit though. I haven’t use fruit in beer yet but wouldn’t mind having a go at adding watermelon to a pilsner. Beer Baron

Cheers I suggest Belle Saison dry yeast or possibly Safale S04, both will add some complexity, fruity for the S04 (based on English whitbread strain) or spicy from the saison, which I think would complement the raspberry. I'd probably prefer the Belle actually for this beer.
