Andyport Posted June 4, 2016 Share Posted June 4, 2016 Just opened my first bottle of "Pumpkin Rising", the craft recipe...and couldn't be happier! Still a little young, only 2 weeks in the bottle, but the excitement got the better of me. Just had to try it! I'm new to home brewing, only about my 5th brew, and can't believe I made it. It has a beautiful fruit beer aroma, with the roasted pumpkin and spices giving a real caramelised spicy flavour to the malt base. Interesting to see what a few more weeks ageing will do...if there's any left by then! If ageing changes nothing I wouldn't care!
