joules
Burleigh Brewing Co. BIGHEAD 330 ml' date=' 4.2% abv, 88 calories and zero carbs. Food match: BIGHEAD will accompany any meal easily, from a hearty pub lunch to a meal of French delicacies. BIGHEAD isn't fussy! [/quote'] Tried this the other day.. Out of all the low carb beers - this is pretty good! How do they do it? They must enzyme the hell out of it and make a pure maltose fermentable. What else? I'm inclined to flatten one out and do a FG just to see.

How do they do it?... It's possibly made from a rice malt instead of traditional malted grains. Cheers' date=' Lusty.[/size']
