Muddy Waters
Evening all. By sheer chance I stumbled across a couple of obscure Thai beers tonight...They looked interesting so being an adventurous soul I purchased a bottle of each. Cheers. Ramjet
Do all beers up there have "hygiene seals for your protection" on them?
Hairy
Nice score Muddy! I like both beers. I know you said you don't like the CPA but the Sparkling Ale is a different beast and a much nicer beer. Since you bought it I presume you agree. Ramjet
Wonderful! Another great link to bookmark in my 'Home Brew' folder. Incidentally, I spent a couple of hours last night (well, early a.m. actually) looking at some of those video interviews that Mr Beersmith conducts. And as usual, when one finishes, there's another dozen to choose from. However the couple I watched on hops (just had a bizarre mental image there ) were excellent food for thought, with the evolving changing in thinking re hop additions, etc. I see an amber warning light flashing on my sat broadband data allowance!
