Stoobrew Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 So I had to use this Coopers Dark Ale can I had since Big W had the amazing special on the Coopers HB range. As the name suggests I just dropped a recipe; Coopers Dark Ale Can an English Bitter can and steeped 15g of fuggles that I've had sitting around also. Mixed to 24L. Has anyone tried this or similar?? I think it might me amazing...I have an English mate who recons the last batch of English Bitter tasted like Newcastle Brown...that was following The Chocolate stout recipe.
