MattR11
Having just returned to brewing after a long absence , I find my tastes have matured somewhat , I want to create a rich nut brown ale . I have recently bottled my first attempt at this and although it is pretty good , Im after a more caramel and nut flavour and a bit better hop hit . Any help in this reguard would be much appreciated ! Cheers .

Hairy
Welcome to the forum Matt. What was your original nut brown recipe? It might be easier to start with what you had and to tweak it from there.
