PaulPablo
Hello Brewers This weekend i brewed a Coopers Canadian Blond with BE1 and used Safale Us-05 yeast.Butthen i had 500g of brewing sugar left,so i decided to add that to the mix aswell.. Was that a wise idea?[pinched]
Hairy
I always forget the make-up of the enhancers. Does that mean you added 1kg Dextrose and 500g Maltodextrin to the kit? It is probably no worse than just making it with BE1. Just a bit stronger.

Hairy
If you usually like kits with BE1 then it will be fine. I can't really comment much on the Canadian Blonde. I have only made it once early in my brewing days and it wasn't one of my shining achievements. It was probably more me than the kit that was responsible though.
