It finished up at 1.008 and has been kegged and bottled for nearly 5 weeks now. The early alcoholic harshness has mellowed alot since week 2, and I'm now faced with a very easy drinking hoppy ale, that blows your brains after a couple of pints [happy] Here is the beast Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
