PaulT18 Posted June 17, 2011 Share Posted June 17, 2011 Hi guys, i just sampled a stubbie of tc trad draught that i brewed and all i can say is WOW. its only been in the bottle a week ( i had to try) but it was great and i cant wait to smash down a few more in a couple of weeks time. mind you this is only my 2nd brew ( the one that came with the kit was lacking something).this Draught made as per instructions with 1.5kgLME 23l but i brewed it at 18o and it sat in the FV for 2 weeks. the malt made a big differece... thanks coopers! easy to brew easy to drink, great beer. Moving from just sugar to using malt, hops and grains made a huge difference to my beers. It sounds like you are now hooked and you won't look back now.
