I'm planning to brew a fresh draught ( Can Coopers Selection Draught plus can light malt extract syrup) and was wondering if this would benefit from some extra hops? I have added cascade to an Premium selection IPA which turned out great! [happy] I was thinking of Liberty, Hallertau or maybe Cascade - But I am open to suggestions I have a brews worth of bottles free'd up so better get another brew on before the world cup starts, so I'll have plenty on hand for the Finals...
