alanf
Does anyone have a decent recipe which uses 2 tins of extract. I am trying a tin of Canadian Blonde with a tin of Mexican Cervaser plus 200 grams of Corn Syrup, at the present time. I prefer a beer that has some body to it, hence 3.4 Litres of extract. Muddy Waters
Hi Alan, For a 2 can brew check out the Smoty Ale or I can personally recommend the Best Extra Stout recipe that is listed in post #3 (Intelligent poster that one!).

John
Hi Muddy - would you like a bigger spade and a torch perhaps?
Muddy Waters
If I dig myself in any deeper I could end up in NZ! Sobering thought that one.
PB2
G'day Alan, do you know whether the corn syrup is maltodextrin or dextrose - both may be derived from corn? You could make the toucan with just Canadian Blonde and Mexican Cerveza to 23litres, using both sachets of yeast.
John
Hey Muddy - you gave me quite a scare there. But at the risk of being off-topic (by a big margin)in case you have ever wondered where you would end up if you had to dig straight down check out the link http://www.ubasics.com/dighole/ FYI you would end up off the coast of Morocco. Muddy Waters
Change of plan John. I'll be heading for Christchurch before I start digging I reckon. \xbfPuedo tener una cerveza, por favor?

Great site John, I reckon if I dig from Melbourne the Titanic would be sitting right on where I would pop out! As for the two can brews, maybe try 2 of the same kit and see how that goes....one for the pipeline....
