THIRSTY MATT Posted June 11, 2009 Share Posted June 11, 2009 THOMAS COOPERS AUSSIE BITTER 1KG LIGHT DRY MALT OR 1.5KG LIGHT LIQUID MALT OR BE2 (I USED LIGHT DRY MALT) YEAST SUPPLIED @ 18-20 DEGREES its more like VB than VB is! except it has a real fresh flavour....even though mine was 6 months old!! this recipe and the coopers MEXICAN CERVEZA are more like the commercials than any recipes i have ever tasted!!!!! cheers matt p.s. before anyone takes the "p'...i made it for my nephews!!
