dylanw4
I was wondering what university degrees or tafe courses are there availiable in Australia that are a good starting point to becoming a brew maker (eventually after 50 years and brew master). I am trying to find some qualifications that I can get to get me in the door to getting a job brewing beer. Any help/ideas would be most helpful. harviek
I'm lead to believe that Ballarat Uni has a brewing course, a quick google search by yourself will confirm or dispel this rumour ;) Best of luck in your pursuit of brewing knowledge. Muddy Waters
I spent my youth studying beer earnestly but am yet to receive any official qualifications or recognition. I won't give up though [lol]

Hairy
There used to be a sub-forum on AussieHomeBrewer for Brewing books and courses. I don't know where it has gone to since they released the updated site. Try searching on it.
Lotm
I love research! This afternoon's research took me to Belgium. Notes were taken and monasteries got richer. [innocent]
