LisaH2
I realise now that I should have added it earlier, but.... if I want to add lactose to a stout to add a touch of sweetness, how much should I add to a 750ml bottle?

Lactose in Stout If you apportion that per bottle it would be 250 / 23000 x 750 = 8g per 750ml bottle. I think that's right [unsure]
PB2
Lactose can be a bit fiddly to measure into each bottle so, if you have another vessel, bulk priming combined with the lactose might be a good option [biggrin]
