DarrylM5
G'day all. I'm new to the the order, but have been brewing for several years now. I made the change from bottling to keg system around 14 months ago. I was very hesitant at first, due to the BIG unknown. But my local Brew shop lead my in the right direction, and looked after me price wise. Now i am up to 2x23 litre kegs in old fridge that i have done some modifications too. Since I have started on the keg system, my quality, head retention, and taste have improved out of site. I run Coopers draught, pale ale and heritage larger, and I tip my hat to Coopers coming so far, (30 years ago taking a sip of dads home brew) wasn't the best......lol But any, great to be here, and will be good getting info off all u, and sharing what i know thanks Darryl

Sticky Wicket
Hey Darryl, Fairly new to all this myself, these guys are packed with knowledge and are more than happy to part with it. If you hang around a few weeks you will start considering All Grain, don't why it just happens. Enjoy the forum[biggrin]
