Nick Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 i am a dedicated K & K fermenter and love the APA just as Mr Cooper intended. I dont mind throwing some hops in the occasional brew and enjoy a lager with plenty of dry hopped cascade. I quite like the JS one fiddy lashes and was wondering what i could dry hop the TC APA with to get something close. Am i right in thinking the hop profile is cascade? Hairy Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 I am fairly sure it contains Tasmanian Willamette, Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo. Not sure what is added where for flavour and aroma. From the JS site; We\u2019ve used malted wheat as well as pale barley malt to add balance to the finish, while the late addition of Nelson Sauvin & Amarillo and also some Australian grown Willamette hops deliver a subdued fruity nose with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus.
