Hairy
Good stuff! It's hard to resist a sneak peak on your first brew. It should only get better from here.

Guest
[cool] Now to get a nice stock pile happening so you'll have an endless supply.
Pitto
I had a few last night, the first one was carbonated, the others were not. i did a bit of a search on this forum, and then inverted all the bottled and let them be. I hope this helps with the carbonation. its been pretty warm up here, and they are in a dark spot.

Guest
No need to keep them inverted... actually you probably wouldn't want to as all the sediment will settle on the lid. Then when you place them in the fridge it may not be enough time for it to settle on the bottom again giving a cloudy beer. leave them a little longer. Patience, young Padawan, patience. Pitto
Thanks for the feedback. Bottling the AUS Pale Ale tomorrow. Looking forward to that one, it smells so much like the Commercial version, so i must be on the right track. Will then put down the Mexican Cerveza and get that going for xmas [hopefully] [cool]
