Snowbeast Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 Howzit, I'm about to start my first ever brew, I opted for a Canadian Blonde as a man will never forget his first blonde ;) I bought the Brew Enhancer 2 instead of 1. Will it affect the beer much, should I wait 3 weeks for the BE1 to come into stock or will it be quite nice? Sorry bout the noob question but we all start somewhere. Otto Von Blotto Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 BE2 might even make it better, I believe BE2 contains dextrose, light dry malt and maltodextrin, whereas BE1 is only dextrose and maltodextrin. I may have them the wrong way around as I've never actually used either of them, but I think that's what they are. Generally your beers will taste better with more malt and less dextrose.
